Joining Virtually?
All keynotes and talks will be livestreamed on Zoom. When you register, select “Virtual Ticket” and you’ll receive a Zoom link before the event. Virtual attendees will be able to watch all sessions and participate in Q&A. The facilitated table conversations and reception are in-person only.

Is there a cost?
We’re looking at a $10-$15 conference fee to help offset costs.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 8:30 AM. The opening session begins at 9:30 AM. We recommend arriving by 9:00 to check in, grab coffee.

Is food provided?
Yes — lunch and coffee/snacks will be provided. [If dietary accommodations are available, mention that here.]

What should I bring?
Just yourself and your energy. We’ll provide everything else. If your chapter has materials to share (flyers, reports, etc.), there will be table space for that.
